fina without kit question

how much everclear (or equivalent) to dissolve 100 pellets?
When filtered through coffee filter, which is the tren (in filter or in glass?) thanks

Hey H2T,
First about 2ml of methanol will do; second save out 2-3 ml of oil for a post filtering rinse and run the rest of your oil/tren mixture thru the filter. Once filtered run the extra oil, when that's complete use a couple of sandwich bags dipped in isopropyl alcohol,( hold them in the air for about 30 seconds as it's the drying effect that is bacteriocidal not the alcohol itself), and wring out your filter into the funnel or your collection vessel. Cap this and place a needle into the top of your vessel and bake in a 200 degree oven three times for 10 minutes,(cook, remove, cool, cook, remove, cool, etc.). The cooking serves 2 purposes, 1 removal of the methanol/evercleear thru the needle, and 2, eliminating bacteria. Fina has a 180 - 190 degree melting point so you should be good to go. Acetone (purchase at WalMart) works very well. The tren is dissolved in the Acetone, the fillers are the yellow gritty substance left undissolved and caught by the coffee filter.

thanks, that sounds pretty complicated..if i dissolve the pellets and then filter them, is one filter enough? is the tren in the filter or in the mix below? thx
