im curiosu too see if vitex is good rite up until clomid therapy how long to take it and such and can it be used with test???

on gotfina.com there was a post how vitex was worthless...

I like FUZU by Syntrax. For the chasteberry, I buy bulk and make my own caps. Same with maca...I buy in bulk and make my own caps.

Vitex alone can have a negative impact on your sex drive. It depends on your existing prolactin/progesterone levels.

The other tribulus sources I have tried have been entirely ineffective, bar none.
