Hi,
Im in day 14 of my fina only cycle and im up 12 pounds and the reults so far have been ok I think. So far my bench press has increased by 4 reps...its been quite a good week for me!! I think I may run it for 8 weeks as I really want to increase my bench press by 50 pounds.
Do u guys think this is a reasonable goal??
How good do u think my progress is so far?? I hear bros like zygalami gaining 14 pounds and losing 3% bf and gaining 50 pounds in there bench press in 3 weeks.
My bf has not really gone down as I am eating 4000-4500 callories a day and doing no cardio. My sleep was shit the first 12 days but now it is starting to improve (I HOPE)
