Fina? Pills dissolved a long time ago!

Guys,

I was using As' kit to convert my fina! I was at the step of allowing the pills to dissolve and for the glue/binders to stick to the bottom, well I left it at this stage for about 3-4 weeks since I didn't have much use for the fina yet! My ? is have I lost any of the potency of my fina for allowing it to sit that long?

I think there is some confusion in your directions. Let pills dissolve, should not take more than an hour. Once dissolved add oil. Then heat and let cool. Methylcellulose should congeal and drop out of suspension, draw up fluid avoiding thick crap at bpttom and sterile filter. repeat until you just have the thick gunk at bottom.

Your product is pobably fine but will likely be much darker due to oxidization.

It Should be alright, it would just be darker, and all of the "stuff" should have fallen out of the solution by letting it sit for that long. Hope all goes well.

thats pretty much what I needed to hear! Zyg..I followed all the directions but my thing was that I let is sit forever after I had put the oil and heated it and let it cool down, so now I'm at the stage of filtering it out.
