Fina Cough

Hey I have heard of this before, but a friend of mine said since he has been taking injections of Fina in his Delts, as soon as he gets thru with the shot, he starts coughing for about 5 minutes and gets a little of nausea. Then 5 minutes later he is perfectly fine. I told him I guess he has some potent stuff and it is working right. Any input? Thanks Georgia Irish

this is a possibility..ive gotten the fina cough...its no big deal...i just get in the shower and it goes away...if it gets that bad...just get in the shower...

Anaphylactic shock injecting and chest pains breathing pains

Finally found it.

He injects his brother with Primostestin Depot and he cant breath.
The problem could be avoided by "injecting the solution extremely slowly"

An anaphylactic reaction is the result of the entrance of a specific foreign material into the bloodstream of a person whose body has become sensitized against it as a result of previous exposure and subsequent formation of antibodies. During an anaphylactic reaction, lung bronchi constrict intensely, narrowing the airways and interfering seriously with respiration; blood pressure may fall because of the release of substances (serotonin,histamine, and bradykinin) that cause dilation of the arterioles and venules and an increase in the capillary-wall permeability. As such the circulatory capacity is increased, and fluid is lost into the tissues.
The essence of treatment of anaphylactic shock is the injection of epinephrine, a powerful stimulatory drug also found naturally in the body, whose effects include an increase in the heart rate and constriction of the blood vessels, followed by an antihistamine, to counteract the reaction to the foreign substance, and a bronchodilator, to ease breathing.

Thanks, just wondering. Fina is the only one I have heard that may cause this. I guess others do to, but this guy said it has happened to him the last three times with fina. Thanks for the info. Georgia Irish

oh yeah it has happened to me many times. just as your friend said it does. so my suggestion is to not shoot it right before you workout.

I usually get it right after the injection for a few seconds, if I get it at all. I also get the alcohol taste sometimes and a little dizzy every once in a while. No biggy.

Never happened to me once. Guess I am lucky.
