Fina Baking Procedure

I did a search, and there were SO many results I could not find the Exact answer to my question - So here i is. I have Fina that I made 5 months ago with a Animal kit. It has been cool and Dark the whole time. I want to bake it before I use it in a week, but I need to know the Exact Procedure and temp and time. Should I just stick a 23 gauge needle in the Bottle to vent the pressure? My fina should still be okay RIGHT?

Yeah it's good to go!!

They say you need to put a needle in the stopper to vent it while baking!! Bake around 220 or so to sterilize it.
