Fina And Pre Contest Diet Weight Gain

Put on almost 5 pounds in past two weeks while on a contest diet and prep. show in 10 weeks have never added this to a contest stack and kind of freaked as I always lose weight while on a contest diet. Body getting hard and cut so its not fat weight just concerned about weight gain.

the way i see it bro. who cares about weight gain bro. its lbm. as long as ur body is looking harder and better why panic about the weight gain. unless of course u need ur weight lower to make a lower weight class
