Fina and cardio questions

My stats: 6'2" 220 lbs with body fat creeping up to probably 10% :mad:

My goal: another 5 lbs of total body weight and drop to 5-6% bf BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY I need to increase my cardio abilities without sacrificing muscle mass.

I'm going into Officer Training School (hopefully) in the next couple of months and I need to concentrate on cardio at this point. But I also want to go in as heavy as possible since I know that I'll drop muscle mass due to all the running. I want to be as prepared as possible.

I'm considering a Fina cycle 75mg EOD for 8 weeks. I don't want a massive cycle, just something to help add a bit more muscle while I'm seriously amping up my cardio.

Is Fina a good choice for these goals? What are some other options?
 
from what I recall reading on here is that one of the main mechanisms of the way fina works is that it stops muscle catabolism - or at least slows it greatly
which is just what you want in this case.

winny is another good one for this - but I personally don't like winny.

the fina board is a fun place to read of such things as well
 
Thanks for the info HS. Corn recommended winny too, but I'm trying to go cheap on this cycle and I think winny would be a bit more expensive than Vitex (for the gyno).

And as sold as I am on the Fina, I was hoping to hear other suggestions WITH the reasons why it would be better (or just as good).
