Filling empty capsules yourself...

how do you get your powder into the caps? i dont have one of those trays that holds them....do i HAVE to get one of those?

capping machine is the only way....basicly it holds one end of cap and you put whatever you want in. BTW what is your age?

i'm 19. and i figured out my answer a while ago after i bought the bulk beta alanine lol.
for now i'm just filling them cap by cap by scooping them in the powder...so its all good
