Fighting specific exercises?

Hey all,
Can you tell me some grappling specific exercises to do in the gym? With weights or body weight?

eg
 
any drills for improving power from the floor (i.e when pinned down?).
Anything using a punch bag on the floor?
 
jump rope, weighted dips, weighted pull-ups, handstand shoulder dips, weighted neck extension and curls, weighted push-ups, hand grippers and wrist rollers, and running with dumbells and weighted vest
