Fighting specific exercises?

Hey all,
Can you tell me some grappling specific exercises to do in the gym? With weight or body weights?

A good one is performing squats with an actual person over your shoulers (fireman's carry)

When you cannot perform another squat, switch to piggy back position and run or walk as fast as you can.

Carrying a person's bodyweight is alot more akward then balanced barbell weight...

This is one of the exercises GSP showed us last year during a seminar.
