Few training q's

Hey guys, for the most part my routine is set and i'm very happy with my progress, etc. I just got a few q's for you guys...

I am on gear, and my routine sometimes changes a bit. as in, sometimes i can't get to the gym on wed because of school/work, so i go for shoulders on sat instead of friday, etc...

My routine looks like:
m-chest/calves
t-back/traps
wed-arms(bi/tri/sometimes calves)
thurs-legs(sometimes calves if i don't hit them wed
fri-shoulders/traps

so first of all, how many of you regularly train forearms? for the most part, after back day, my forearms are pumped to the max. 2ndly, sometimes (depending on how i feel), i hit some wrist curls after arm day, but definitely not regularly.

my 2nd question is what is your favorite/best mass builder for triceps? i'm just looking for opinions/personal preferences here, as i'm kinda curious.

thanks in advance to the responses, k to all i can give it too.

I don't specifically target forearms although they get worked in pulls, rows, and grip training.

For triceps? skullcrushers w/ an EZ bar. Dips. All sorts of presses, but particularly overhead.

Same as above.

If you want to do "forearm" work on a consistent basis, try grip work once a week rather than messing around with wrist curls.

good piece of advice, i've been thinking of this a lot lately. my theory is this:

your forearms will grow with a lot of back/arm exercises, so if you should train them, you should do functional training. for instance, most of the pull movements you aren't flexing/extending your wrist, but rather your fingers, and although there are a lot of similar muscles being used, there are muscles that soley flex/extend the digits.
