My question is how much would an 140pound female lift on an international level?ore even better what is the world record?

also i train the westside style with my fiancee and was wondering is there anything different in the way my girl should train??ore lift?

I train by Westside methods, and I train exactly like all the men I train with.

If you go to my site, www.totalelite.com, it's still under construction, but Chris has the federation records up and running. Just click on them in the box on the left, and the records for just about every fed will be in there.

Bigguns15 is on this board and she's a female 148 pound lifter. She's done a 410 squat, 255 bench, and 450 deadlift, totally clean. That's almost 7 x her bodyweight.
