I don't believe you can ever stop picking up value from various training protocols. random forums are sometimes the quickest to pick up on new exercises, techniques and ideas. Imagine if we had to wait for everything to hit print?
I think DC's training style has alot to offer even a general training client, but thats just my opinion. Keep in mind, it probably wouldnt be used exclusively, but is an excellent intensity builder, and great for hypertrophy in weak areas. The same can be said for alot of WSB's ideas. Oly lifts are awesome for general conditioning and I wouldnt hesitate to hook a housewife up to a sled.
I think the only limits you have in training are the ones you impose on your own program. So many useful things can be taken from ANY legitimate training regime that can make things interesting.
