A few things to go along with this... To help with protein. can i take proteinbars.. i would stay away from most bars. the majority are full of sugars & carbs. though there are some good ones. it would be best, since u dont like shakes, to get it from whole food sources such as lean chicken, turkey, fish, etc.
My stomache does not sit good with the shakes.
and with the treadmill. I had a car accident two years ago. busted my ligaments on myrightknee.
I wear a knee brace. now on the treadmill... i can easily walk and sweat alot at
3.0 all the way to 4.5 then i cant go faster walking because it hurts my knee ... i wouldnt want u going any faster than 3.0-3.2 anyways, that was my advice. i was talking about the incline from 0-9. if that bothers your knee as well by all means stay away. how about the elliptical?
I do try to jog a bit on there. at 6.0 to 7.0 for a few minutes then i go back to walking back to running and so forth.
can I cause my self.. to get chin splints...by doing moe cardio then I do right now with the clenbuterol. never had shin splints but if u r prone to getting them it makes sense to me that it could increase in frequency (not scientific at all....lol). perhaps indepth stretching and extra warm up time will help as well as water intake.
I dont want to cause damage to thelower legs although cardio is a plus right. cardio is mandatory 2 take full advantage of Clenbuterol

whatdo you suggest for a workout that should work with the Clenbuterol. i am assuming weights? depends on your long term goals and whether you plan on making this a lifestyle change and sticking to it once done with Clenbuterol (highly recommended so as to avoid rebound). are you at least familiar with how to use all the weights/machines and what different exercises are and what they work?
the diet.. i dont need help on. I consider healthy eating a normal regime for me.

see.. I didnt really gain weight from eating crappy.. its that after my surgeries..
i think this past year i slowly put on about 20 pounds from having tobe bed riddin for about 7 months between these stupid surgeries.
so i was pretty much lazy.
I think 20 pounds is an awsome goal. and i dont think Clenbuterol or any other drug is a miracle drug.
but. I do think there are things out there that... for sure stack well and increase results with eating and working out.
You say the results are worth it 8and20. Thatsawsome.
what were you before you started the Clenbuterol. like approx weight wise.
and what after.
I know results are not typical.. but it gives an idea on results thatcould be achieved. my last stack i dropped from about 240 to about 222. i was relatively lean but no abs showing. i busted my ass to get these results in 7 weeks. it was mostly fat.
All I know is this. after one year at the gym.. (cept this past year)
I weighed 143 fat percentage was at 28.7 Eww.
after 1 year.. I was 160
and body fat was at 20.9
SO i was doing something good.
I havelost muscle for sure. But to get back to that area of weighti was orginaly at and then get hardcore into gym Is my goal.

is it best to take the Clenbuterol all at once. like dosage or split it in two. through out the day. split dose in half. 1st when u wake up and the 2nd no later than 4pm unless you can sleep through anything after just drinking a red bull....lol
