Female needing clen help

Hey, I am not sure if i am in the right section but ill post anyway.

i have been reserching clen for afew months since my brothe in law was on it.
he has amazing results from it and after looking it up.. Im ready.
but i dont like the websites i see i can buy it off of. my bother had someone personaly give it to him and doesnt deal with him anymore.
I was wondering...
can anyone email me personaly and let me know a good site where I can get some liquid clenbuterol from thatwill ship to canada.
that would be greatly appreciated.

also the only other thing in all my research that I am confused with...
and im getting mixed stories is the dosage for a female.

most sites i read and my bother in law says they take up to 160 mcg if you can handle it per day. and a female no more then approx 120 mcg a day.

the cycle I was thinking for my self.. which perhaps you can help me on...

im doing two weeks on two weeks off. for 8 weeks.

day one to day 14.

20 mcg,
20 mcg,
40 mcg,
40 mcg,
60 mcg,
60 mcg,
80 mcg,
80 mcg,
100 mcg and staying at this until day 14. if i can handle it.


do you havea better way for me to do this.

this seems to be a popular topic this week. i must have answered 6 pm's and a couple threads so far.

1) you can't ask for sources here on EF
2) i would recommend going no higher than 100mcg for a woman. i have gone as high as 200mcg but i have done it more than a few times.
3)i like your starting dose but your jumps are too high jump every 4th day by only 10mcg. split dose in half for the day with the 2nd dose no later than 4pm. stay away from all other stimulants while ramping up (yes no caffeine). take 1g of taurine (amino acid) with each dose.
4) if u cycle on/off for 2 weeks dont take eca - ephedrine - caffeine - aspirin stack without taking benadryl at night during eca - ephedrine - caffeine - aspirin weeks.
5) i am suprised about no many women speaking about it. back in the day the local dealer at the gym made more money selling Clenbuterol in the 90's than he did to the big guys.....lol
6)bf will fly off if cardio and diet are dialed in. weight varies from person to person. there is NO typical.
7) muscle gain will be minimal. it does have some anabolic affects but it definitely isnt a mass builder. i wouldnt expect much at all. not enough of anabolic rating imo for a woman to gain much mass.

ok so if yu can.. so i understand can you outline hw you think i should take it.

starting with
20 mcg. having a scedule like that will help me.

and i know results and different between person.
but with diet exercise and clen.. does it help you to achieve 5 pounds ..

or can people actually lose a goodamount doing it right.

my friend said the shakes are unbearable.. for females. but i think i will beok.

other question now that youmentioned it ....

do i have to take ephedrine in my off weeks. cuz i was just looking to take some caffeine and benydryl.

i dunno bout thatpart. didnt thnk tomuch about the off week.

8and20 was right on, however you need to understand that everybodies chemistry is different. Especially when it concerns clen. Just because a friend was taking a certain ammount does not mean that you will be able to do the same dosages. With clen it is kind of a trial and error thing. If you can handle the side effects thats great. When you first start off you will most definately experience a nervous type feeling in the form of shaking hands. This was the worst for me the first time and very noticeable since we work in surgery. When you are sewing somebody up the last thing you want is for your hands to be shaking. I had to back off my dose a bit till I got use to that. The other sides that were most pronounced for me were hot flashes and insomnia. Just listen to your body when you start off and dont try to go too high too fast. I hope this helps. Good luck and let us know if you have any more questions.

the above outline wasbasically what i was going to follow. if i cant take it ob 60 mcgs.. ill stay at40 or so on til i am readyto up a dose.

my brother was doing 160 mcg and thats insane i couldnt even think of my bodygoing at that hehe.

any specific gym routines.. i can do.

results are worth it to me. if there is anything you do, do not skip your cardio or let your diet go to the wayside. keep your protein a little higher so you dont lose muscle tone

i use the treadmill exclusively. 35-45 of low-moderate intensity cardio. i briskly walk on incline. i stay at 3.0mph and cycle up incline by .5 every minute until i reached the max of 9 and stayed there until my time was up. i did it 5-7 times a week (twice on the weekends). But i lifted weights heavy. so if you can't do the weight lifting i would shoot for one session in the am and one in the late afternoon/evening.

the fat will fly off if you do things right.

and with the treadmill. I had a car accident two years ago. busted my ligaments on myrightknee.
I wear a knee brace. now on the treadmill... i can easily walk and sweat alot at
3.0 all the way to 4.5 then i cant go faster walking because it hurts my knee ...
I do try to jog a bit on there. at 6.0 to 7.0 for a few minutes then i go back to walking back to running and so forth.

can I cause my self.. to get chin splints...by doing moe cardio then I do right now with the clenbuterol.
I dont want to cause damage to thelower legs although cardio is a plus right.

because I am female..
whatdo you suggest for a workout that should work with the clen.

the diet.. i dont need help on. I consider healthy eating a normal regime for me.
thats simple. now maybe cutting my bread.. that might help.

see.. I didnt really gain weight from eating crappy.. its that after my surgeries..
i think this past year i slowly put on about 20 pounds from having tobe bed riddin for about 7 months between these stupid surgeries.

so i was pretty much lazy.

I think 20 pounds is an awsome goal. and i dont think clen or any other drug is a miracle drug.

but. I do think there are things out there that... for sure stack well and increase results with eating and working out.

I hated it....did not work just made me sick and I ended up breaking out in shingles on my hip....I stay far way from that stuff....

whatdo you suggest for a workout that should work with the Clenbuterol. i am assuming weights? depends on your long term goals and whether you plan on making this a lifestyle change and sticking to it once done with Clenbuterol (highly recommended so as to avoid rebound). are you at least familiar with how to use all the weights/machines and what different exercises are and what they work?

I know results are not typical.. but it gives an idea on results thatcould be achieved. my last stack i dropped from about 240 to about 222. i was relatively lean but no abs showing. i busted my ass to get these results in 7 weeks. it was mostly fat.

All I know is this. after one year at the gym.. (cept this past year)

Yeh Iam very familier with all the gym equipment.
I used to be a gym freak. but thenI had surgeries.

Once i get the gym back in gear starting nextweek. I never stop.

I cant wait to hit thegym again. OMG how i miss it.

treadmill... yeh maybe ill warm up longer and go lower speed.

I always sweat more and burn more going harder.
but thats probably why i hurt my legs LOL.

Im so nervous and excited. IM going to order someclen now woot.

I was told it shouldnt take more then two to 3 weeks from ar.

So thats good.
 
well I have thought about this for two days.
Because I am unsure of dosages etc etc..
I am going to hold back on taking clen. I have done enough research but not enough where i am reading to go on it.
If i dont know where to start.. Why start.

So for now. My goal is twenty pounds.

I am going on vacation with in two months that so that is my goal time.
I currently am using Tonalin cla.. And i take Udo's Blend every morning.
thats a awsome source of omega 3 and 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Is there anything Else I can take supplement wise that can help aid in my weightless.

and also work out...

Tonight.. I tripped over husbands work boots and scrap material laying in the shed... My toe fell into it... Wearing sandels ( yes stupid)
peice of metal went through my left toe.
SO .... its hurts. and i cant go on the treadmill....
Sigh..

What excerises can you recomend that will be sufficient enough...

between teas.. and diet juice and water I have about 13 glasses a day..
is this too much?

I find I get the best fat burning when I eat real food, so chicken/turkey breasts, lean cuts of steak, tuna fish. Most protien bars are really just glorified chocolate bars and full of sugar and trans fats.

Some bread is ok, like sprouted wheat (I think you call it Ezekiel bread in NA). Just read the ingredients, make sure there is no sugar in it.

Does anyone here have any experience of taking Clen knowing in advance that you have an irregular heartbeat??

I would like to know of your experience. Did it irritate or make worse?

Im female...hence Gymgurl....lolol....I took it for about 2 weeks...I hated the headaches. i think you can do just as much with clean eating and training. But that is just my thoughts. :heart:

Honestly if you know how to work out I would wait on the clen. It sounds like being active may start dropping the pounds no problem.

Start tracking your calories on fitday.com and up your activity level. Walk everywhere you can, use the stairs instead of the elevator, walk the dogs, wash the car in the driveway, etc. Drop those 20 lbs naturally and then go for the clen if you feel you still need help or reach a plateau.

You don't want to rely on the drug when its not absolutely necessary.

Drink ice cold water before and after every meal. Eat 5-6 times a day.

The clen is gonna cause weird uncomfortable headaches, shakes and an irregular heartbeat. Be careful.

It can cause a normal heart to beat irregularly. Scary stuff.
 
yeh.. I was very tempted to use clen right now. But.. then you think about how dangerous.. any drug legal or not can be if you dont know how to use it.
I have been researchign clen for about 3 months hehe. and i still dont see a proper dosage for a female you know.
many say 20 some say 40 its all up and down. and i know in the end .. trry it out figure your dosage out but that seems risky still. what if i take to much the first time you know.
SO yeh.. for now.. the more natural longer approach is definately what i want.

is there anything else along with tonalin cla and udos blend that I can take to help with it that works like supplement wise.

and I walk all the time belive it or not. three times to and from school.
walk my dog.
I dont wash my truck though LOL.

and lastly... as with most people.. i just do horribly with carbs.. even eating whole what.. and my favorite.. Multigrain.. bread just dont like me.

So do i go back to eating light melbatoast... and light crackers?


I did this berstein diet after mys econd daughter.....
Vitamin b12 and 6 injections. i went from 186 to 140 in two months. but you know that is a crash diet cuz you starve your self. so if you ever eat again.. its just horrible.

I should just go to the womens section now that i am not going to take clen....

I.. have so much to talk about and its nice to have a forum... Where people actually respond to you.. and help you. really...

Try eating a sandwich with one slice of bread instead of two. Just make small managable changes to your diet and lifestyle will make it less likely to fail. Get rid of sodas and sugars first. Tracking cals really tranformed my physique.

The ice water works as a filler or appetite supressent and helps w/ digestion. Also, when the water is ice cold (40deg) your body needs to heat it up to 98.6 to be comfortable which takes energy and thus burns calories. Room temp is best when exercising.

I usually work out at home (house is very warm) and i noticed at the gym when i go. its usualy room temp on the colder side.

is this for bodybuilders only to lose fat.?

is this just a nother placebo weightloss thing. or can it help.

For me. I am smart enough to know that diet and exercise takes up 75percent of your weightloss and the rest.. i think can be that boost from a supplment.
which Is why i . had though of using clen.
but with all the risks.. Im clearly not brave enough to try that no matter how much weight i need tolose heheh.
so

whats a good supplement. is zip one if not can you recomend a few..

I got it about 15 yrs ago right after I moved to Thailand. I went to the Dr. wore a holter monitor and all that had it checked both in Houston and Thailand. Everyone came back and said it was quite benign don't worry about it. It actually goes away during exercise instead of increasing.

If they gave me a name, I don't remember it.

I call it my workout alarm because if I am not consistantly doing cardio, it starts acting up. Coffee and such does not really bother it.

But - am afraid if I tried something like Clen, it could be the suck. Thoughts?
