female: how much anavar do you like?

I'm interested as a female in using anavar. I know females aren't supposed to use steroids, but I'm interested in trying maybe 10-15mg a day. How much anavar would you recommend that I use if that's not a good dosage? My goal is to gain more strength and some size. I'm 128 pounds and 5'7".

Less. 2.5-5mg a day

I think for a female, you can get away with 5-10 mg a day. I would not go more. You don't want to end up with bad side effects.

The key with females and steroids is to make sure you use legit steroids. There's a lot of fake anavar out there, so use approved sources.

Anavar is the goat for females. 2.5 to 5 milligrams is a good starting dose, and go 8 weeks. Don't go anymore.
