Feet hurt!!!!

A couple of days off never hurt anyone... Working out with a possibly serious problem has hurt a lot of people. The answer is pretty simple..
Good luck at the Dr's...

Did you take your blood pressure? If it is normal, then you can probably safely lift unless it causes too much pain. If your blood pressure is high, don't lift and see your doc. From your avatar I assume you are not on any gear? If you are, get on an aromatase inhibitor and get those estrogen levels down. If you are natural and having this problem then you need to get it figured out. While you wait to see your doc, keep you feet elevated at night and try to sleep on your left side.

Hope this helps.

Good advice Slat!

It's best to take a few days off to see what the problem is, and your not going to lose anything that you can't get back in a few days.

You could jeopardize your health and be out for a lot longer than a few days if you push it.
