Feeling Tired & Sluggish week 3 in cycle

yo guys... seeing if you can help me out. im on week 3 of my cycle [test e 500mgs/week]. and while i do feel like i have a little more energy overall, by about 2-3 pm in the day, i am just tired. like i just want to lay around [if im home..and before this i was not like this..always doing something all the time] and i also dont feel as strong as i would think i should at this point. [as far as on lifting days..prior to lifting]. if i take superpump max..it gives me a boost and makes me feel like i get more out of my workouts. but when i don't, i feel sluggish until i get going with lifting. i have been reading numerous things /reasons why i could be more tired....and two that stick out to me are elevated rbc's or high estrogen. i am just not sure what is going on but after all the $ i spent on this cycle i want to make sure i get the most out of it. i have put on about 5-7 lbs so far. my nipples also do feel slightly sensitive but only when i get cold. i started the arimidex monday night at 0.5mgs. just did 2nd shot of hcg monday too.

i just thought i would have alot more energy than I have. i dont remember feeling sluggish like this on my cycle last time...[t-400]. i know my body is working alot harder and all that good stuff, but is this normal??

what can you help me with here guys. thanks alot.

5'10 started out at 172..now at about 179 ish. dont know BF %. one cycle prior of t-400 for 8 weeks. training for 1 year hard.

also been getting headaches and past 2 days they have been alot worse. bp on fri checked at it was good. starte arimidex on monday night. i feel like crap...

you should try to eat more.. i doubt your getting in 4k in cals.. id start there.. up your cals.. up your CARBS and see how you feel.

also are you eating fruits / veggies? drinking over 1.5 gal of water a day etc etc...
 
your bp is high would be my guess, water retention, etc. .. just cause you tested it a couple days ago one time doesn't mean it isn't high.

now you can do one of 2 things.. you can take a bunch more drugs to fix this problem, or you can do the smart thing which is lowering your dose.

also the fact that you only weigh 170 at 5 10 tells me you had ample chance to gain naturally without having to deal with these sides from AAS which in your case seem to be proving to be counter productive.. if you have headaches and lethargy it makes it hard to workout
 
I am in the exact situation you are man. My stats are different then you, but I feel very tired and sluggish all day. I find it extremely hard to get up in the morning. I am on the six week at 500mg of test E per week. I have had my BP checked regular, in nursing school, which had been at 115/70. Diet is great and I recently lowered my carbs because I felt just plain bloated.

Stats:

205lb 5"8' 10% bf
 
if this was me id do this in the following order

1 more clean carbs
2 drink more water
3 add formastanzol
4 add n2guard
 
I had that effect when I did my first cycle, which was suston 350... I started drinking a min of a gallon of water a day (usually I drank a gallon before my workout), and I lost the lethargy feeling.

my buddy that got me the gear who cycles alot told me to watch my carb intake if im getting bloated [retaining water]....he also told me to make sure im drinking alot of water which i know i dont drink 1 gallon a day...but i am going to try to..and he also told me to start doing cardio a few times a week for 20-30 mins.
i only like broccoli, and corn.....i eat a banana almost everyday and some fruit but not alot.
 
dose is to high,its the "more is better" mentality.
IMO at 170ish and 2nd cycle you shouldn't be running anymore then 300-350 test. i have exact same stats as you and i know i could explode on 300-350 with 4k cals

what should i lower it to? 400mg / week instead of 500?

i just dont understand why i would be feeling like this now...since the last time i did them i started out even less weight..155ish and NEVER felt like this...i had so much energy all the time, felt best i ever felt in my life..and it was harder nastier crap...t-400 mexican steroids. so it doesnt make sense.
 
if this was me id do this in the following order

1 more clean carbs
2 drink more water
3 add formastanzol
4 add n2guard

clean carbs: like veggies and whole grains?

can i take formastanzol while im on hcg and also arimidex? what is that anyway?

what is n2guard?

250mg and if it makes you feel like crap then stop taking it!! listen to your body.

whether you juice or not if you bust your ass and eat well you will gain muscle, you are so below your genetic potential its crazy. you can easily get to 200 naturally. that is what you need to do from now on. your 'friend' should have told you that if he really cared about you, but we all know friends don't have your best interest at heart
 
just got back from doc. b/p was elevated 140/98 and 138/88. prob why im getting headaches. my buddy told me not to eat as many carbs to keep the water weight off, but it totally sounds opposite of what i thought was recommeneded since carbs are fuel for energy. so whats the take on this? should i start eating more carbs again and keep drinking my protein shakes as i was before..i was drinking cytogainer about 1-2 times per day, even on non workout days...usually in morning with a banana in it, mixed with milk and then usually after my workout in evening.

going for blood work tomorrow AM but wont have results until earliest on monday. thanks guys
 
Age? Approximate body fat? Are you a lean 172 or mostly not so lean?

BP ever been high before? Other medical problems?

if you are gonna ask for advice then LISTEN. i told you on my very first post it was your bp and you insisted on not listening.

LOWER the dosages or stop the test, and to combat bloat you should run FORMA, stop listening to your buddy, he obviously doesn't know anything. end of story, those are the only solutions for you

thanks man. i really appreciate it. im not a pro at this like you guys are so thanks again.

i am going to lower the dose. right now im on arimidex 0.5 mg EOD. how do I get FORMA and what does that go? how long would it take to get it if i ordered it.

Did I miss it where you gave your age and other health info? It's kind of hard to give specific advice that's going to be useful to you without these details.

at your weight diet is your entire problem. everything can be fixed if you change your diet.

in your case you need more calories. good dense carb sources like oatmeal, rice and potatoes are a good place to start
you need to DOUBLE your water intake. wake up and either buy or fill up a 1 gallon container of water and make sure it is gone by the time you workout..

there is a lot more we can say but start there..and start reading and listening to the advice you will get here.

i agree here. if you are trying to bulk you should be going heavy on carbs, cals, vits/minerals and protein.. not just protein like most newbs think. drinking protein shakes won't make you grow.. real food will. the muscles need more than just protein.
