Feeling Tired & Sluggish week 3 in cycle

yo guys... seeing if you can help me out. im on week 3 of my cycle [test e 500mgs/week]. and while i do feel like i have a little more energy overall, by about 2-3 pm in the day, i am just tired. like i just want to lay around [if im home..and before this i was not like this..always doing something all the time] and i also dont feel as strong as i would think i should at this point. [as far as on lifting days..prior to lifting]. if i take superpump max..it gives me a boost and makes me feel like i get more out of my workouts. but when i don't, i feel sluggish until i get going with lifting. i have been reading numerous things /reasons why i could be more tired....and two that stick out to me are elevated rbc's or high estrogen. i am just not sure what is going on but after all the $ i spent on this cycle i want to make sure i get the most out of it. i have put on about 5-7 lbs so far. my nipples also do feel slightly sensitive but only when i get cold. i started the arimidex monday night at 0.5mgs. just did 2nd shot of hcg monday too.

i just thought i would have alot more energy than I have. i dont remember feeling sluggish like this on my cycle last time...[t-400]. i know my body is working alot harder and all that good stuff, but is this normal??

what can you help me with here guys. thanks alot.

5'10 started out at 172..now at about 179 ish. dont know BF %. one cycle prior of t-400 for 8 weeks. training for 1 year hard.

also been getting headaches and past 2 days they have been alot worse. bp on fri checked at it was good. starte arimidex on monday night. i feel like crap...

you should try to eat more.. i doubt your getting in 4k in cals.. id start there.. up your cals.. up your CARBS and see how you feel.

also are you eating fruits / veggies? drinking over 1.5 gal of water a day etc etc...
 
your bp is high would be my guess, water retention, etc. .. just cause you tested it a couple days ago one time doesn't mean it isn't high.

now you can do one of 2 things.. you can take a bunch more drugs to fix this problem, or you can do the smart thing which is lowering your dose.

also the fact that you only weigh 170 at 5 10 tells me you had ample chance to gain naturally without having to deal with these sides from AAS which in your case seem to be proving to be counter productive.. if you have headaches and lethargy it makes it hard to workout
 
I am in the exact situation you are man. My stats are different then you, but I feel very tired and sluggish all day. I find it extremely hard to get up in the morning. I am on the six week at 500mg of test E per week. I have had my BP checked regular, in nursing school, which had been at 115/70. Diet is great and I recently lowered my carbs because I felt just plain bloated.

Stats:

205lb 5"8' 10% bf
 
if this was me id do this in the following order

1 more clean carbs
2 drink more water
3 add formastanzol
4 add n2guard
 
I had that effect when I did my first cycle, which was suston 350... I started drinking a min of a gallon of water a day (usually I drank a gallon before my workout), and I lost the lethargy feeling.
