I just finished a deca only cycle and gained 16 pounds...
I am now one week into my clen along with a low carb/high protien diet w/ cardio 3-4 times a week...
I feel like my muslces have shrunk tremendously.
Funny thing is, my strength is still up..
I think it just may be all in my head
Does this happen to anyone else?
