im also on the low carb diet going on a month and whenever i load on carb i feel sick and i cant really eat that much carb cause i get stuffed quickly on carbs
My understanding is that complex carbs are good at helping you to reduce the symptoms of PMS...lowered serotonin levels, bloating, et al.? Or are you talking pasta, rice, potatoes kinda carbs? Aren't they very different?
