ive been off cycle for about 3 months now, and ive been hitting the gym like a beast to try to keep my gains. last cycle was test deca for 14 weeks dbol the first 4. i gained about 14 lbs of solid muscle, and ive kept 12 so far.
but the last couple days ive felt absolutely no desire to workout, im tired and just end up saying fuck it. i do that and then im pissed off the whole next day cuz i didnt go to the gym.
ive never done this before, ive been in the gym at the very least 4 times a week every week for the last 9 years, usually 6 days a week. even in iraq i managed to workout atleast 3 or 4 a week. i have no idea wtf is up with me but its really starting to annoy the fuck out of me.
ok, just needed to get that out bros.

bro sounds like you need break from training 9 years with out 1 is a very long time i usualy have 1 at the end of every cycle ish bout 5-6weeks out of cycle for 1-2 weeks
still eat like a beast. but all of the symptoms of over training

Been there Bro. When is the last time you took sometime off. From time to time I wil give my body 2 weeks rest. Mentally it kills me, but I find that it does wonders for my body.

When you constantly beat on your body you have to give it a rest from time to time. When I take the time off I still do light cardio. You might just need to give yourself a little break. Just a thought.

Maybe take a week off bro. Sometimes my body just needs a week to recover completely and then when I return its heavier than ever.

i mean i take some time off here and there, like a week or 2 around the holidays, or a week when im sick. ive taken alot of time off though in the last 3 months cuz of holidays and stuff, and im about to be in the transition of getting outta the army and moving across the country so i know ill be forced outta the gym for atleast a week or 2 during that phiasco. im moving to houston in feb 15, then going to see a gyno surgeon on feb 17, so i know after the gyno thing ill be out for a little while.
im just really paranoid about losing alot of the gains i worked so hard for in this time. its really fucking me up

I hear ya. When your mind starts to play on you it's a tough thing. Just try and hang in there. If you feel like the workout lacked that day bust out some push ups, run the stairs, etc... at home.

Just stay active. It's called a slump and everyone has been there. You'll be fine. I'll tell you something that helps me we I get into one. If Im at the gym and things aren't going as well as planned I look at the fat out of shape people and say to my self you wanna look like that. Then out of nowhere I get an energy boost. Or I look at fat people and (personally can't stand them) say I'll never look like that and kick it into gear.

lmao yea i do that to

take 3 weeks off

1 week before you come back Phosphate load at 10 grams a day

then kick it back to 5 gram ED after that

also take glutamine at 10 grams a day

not that this helps much, but you ran a fairly hefty cycle for a long amount of time... it's VERY common to start feeling like crap 3 or 4 months after a cycle like that (de-ca is a huge factor)...

As everyone said, get more rest... load up on supplements: good multi, glutamine / BCAA's, healthy fats, creatine... if you feel like your test levels are suffering, well you know what the board would recommend for that.

good luck!
