Greetings. Recently, I made a lifestyle change in an effort to improve my overall health and physique. Initially, I was focused on weight loss but now find myself wanting to be bigger (in a good way) more cut and better defined. I would like to put on 10 or 12 pounds of lean mass and have considered prohormones to help expedite this process. My question is does it make sense for someone with my goals to invest both the money and the risk (if any) to achieve the overall results I’m looking for? I have admired the physical accomplishments of many on this board and would value any ideas or suggestions. My current stats:

Age: 34
Weight: 186
Height: 71 inches

I’ve attached my progress photos. As you can see, I still need to drop some fat around the stomach and need mass in other areas. Thanks in advance.

do stay away from pro hormones, lloks like you did some cardio and you have probably lost muscle with the fat. Just from what little I know about you. I would say, train natural for a while and get your training program and weight gaining diet down first. You will make gains naturally and you can add "supplements" later.

Dont waste money on prohormones IMHO. Train natural and add things down the road.

Awesome progress. Congratulations. I agree with Kopaka. Just train until that stops working. Your goals can be achieved by working hard and proper nutrition.
