Longtime lurker here. I have learned quite a bit and have pretty much narrowed down my first cycle. I will probably start in 2 weeks after I get my blood work done. Also, in the meantime, I am continuing to drop bodyfat.
Basically, I'm looking to get a little feedback on my upcoming first cycle. What I'm concerned about is negative sides, i.e., gyno, as well as keeping as much gains as I can. The reason I bring up the gyno is because I got a case of the itchy nips several years ago. Not sure why, but it went away after a day and has never reappeared. This in part is the reason for taking the Arimidex EOD; also, it is supposed to minimize the
bloat so that is a positive IMO. Also, I've never taken AAS before, that is unless you count that bottle of andro I took back when it was all of the rage.
Stats:
35 years old
175 lbs
14% bf
Training consistently for 10 years
Bench - 315
Dead - 405
Squat - 275
Diet:
Currently eating around 2000 kcals/day with 150g protein. On cycle this will probably jump to at least 3000 kcals/day with 220g protein.
Protein sources come from chicken, tuna, cottage cheese, lean beef, beef jerky, liquid egg whites, eggs.
Supps: Orange Triad, fish oil caps, whey and casein, BCAAs
Blood work:
Scheduled before start of cycle. Will get one post too.
Cycle:
500mg (250mg twice per week) Test Enanthate for 12 weeks
.5mg Arimidex EOD
PCT:
I haven't decided what I want to do here. I have plenty of Nolva and Clomid on hand though.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
