Feedback on lab test results for T

Hey guys,

Please interpret these results for me (baseline total T and free T):

Total Testosterone (free and total) = 4.62 ng/mL
Men under age 50 reference range = 1.66-8.77 ng/mL

Free Testosterone = 0.0082 ng/mL
Range (I think?) = 0.003-0.034 ng/mL

I'm in my mid 30s FYI.

As I read it my total T is average for a male under 50.. But I would like to know what a good average level for a 35 year old male is according to EF.

And it looks like my free T is on the lower end of the scale....

Thoughts, feedback, formulas for converting to a more universal unit of measure?

Thanks a lot bros...

your free T is above the scale you put down.

.008 is higher than .003

i would say your levels if those figures are accurate are fine. people put way too much stock in T levels .. i used to believe that too until i started doing my own bloodwork. there are guys with 3000 total T who can't get it up.. and there are guys with 100 total T who are horndogs. its just not something i would base my life on

Thanks steve. Those were my pre cycle baseline figures. Was just curious if they were considered high/low/avg by peeps here.
