I loved HST. Due to my erratic schedule I am not currently doing HST but I recommend it to anyone.

How long until you saw a noticeable diiferrence in muscle size?

For me, 1-2 weeks.

About 6 weeks I think. But I was trying not to look from day to day so I wouldn't get disappointed - it's so hard to see small changes in yourself when you look every day.

Small changes are hard to see, but by the time I was into the 5rep part, I definately saw change taking place.
