glutes for me, would do quad if i had to, but don't like it for the reason of easy to mess up. vein, nerve. can't fuck up the glute.

delts are becoming a favorite now that the soreness subsides in a day or so.. glutes are always easy and painless.. i need another injection site but im scared to do quads from all the nerve horror stories.. biceps.. just dont sound fun.. might hit triceps when i go to ED shots

opinions on youre favorite places to inject and why? Mine of course would be ass 1st delts second. Also curios, how much is to much before scar tissue starts to form?

Quads, sweet sweet quads, LOL. Does anyone else look forward to sticking themselves. Maybe I'm just weird but I also love the sound of a Tattoo needle buzzing.

because your thigh is your quads. maybe you need to do alot less thinking and alot more reading starting at spotinjections.com
