Squat, Deadlift, and lastly bench. Squat and DL are too close to call for me. I like them both about equal and I am adding weight or reps to both everytime I do them lately. I really hate benching. I have got my bench up to three wheels for a few reps, but it just isn't the lift for me. I am not built to have a big barbell bench, so I stopped pursuing one. Now I love DB bench, DB inclines and all the Hammer Press machines though.

I am in a similar situation, my body doesn't seem to like bb bench but loves db bench. You say you're up to three plates, what do you do for the amount of reps on db press?
Thats a tough call. Dead lifts are cool because you get to handle a lot of weight. Squats are cool because they just kick your ass and bench is cool because everyone loves a good chest pump...
