Just wondering what everyones favorite exercises for GPP/AR are.

Mine are just band pressdowns, band goodmornings, and biking. Cant really think of many exercises, so thats why im askn you guys what your favorites are.

My favorite GPP/AR exercises are playstation, brushing my hair, band work, and 12 oz budweiser beer bicep brachi curls.

walking, band pressdown, dont have much time for anything else.....if i did i would probably drag a sled, i enjoyed that at the beggining of the year

General Physical Preparedness and Active Recovery, Tapout.

I don't do either, only light cardio/playing sports/stretching.

I agree with Cytomel! But really i like doing band good mornings at home. I like dumbell presses on the stability ball the best. Ibench for 3 minutes straight. And am actually going with Jmmie Dean today to do some new stuff he has been doing. And its Sunday , and i cant remember the last time i went to the gym on a sunday! Thats how much i feel these GPP/AR workouts work for me. I would like to incorproate some biking.

For my GMP workout which is mental. I shoot my guns, read various (not porn)mags, and watch porn! With all i do i feel great! Thinking of kicking in some yoga. My wife thinks it will help me. SO does my mom. SO what the hell!

Ya thats right yoga! Its just a thoght right now.

Yesterday me and Jimmie dean went to the gym and did stability ball exercises. We also did 25lb medicine ball back to back hand offs. Awesome! And i hit the punching bag. Then we did Abs. A good day , and i will add those in every week.

Sled dragging, jump rope, lighter training with people I am coaching, martial arts, still throw the hammer a couple of days a week, and play lacrosse on Sundays.

I need a hobby that does not exhaust me.

PL Jay, yoga can be very helpful, especially if you have flexibility issues. You may feel stupid at first, if you are taking a class, as you may be *slightly* larger than most other people there, but you can accomplish a lot with a little bit of work.
