Cold cereals, fat free ice cream, french bread, pancakes and waffles with syrup, etc..
Veriz, I refeed twice per week. One 6 hour refeed and a full day refeed. Rules are basically very high carbs but low in fat. A one meal refeed would be pointless as the idea is eat in caloric excess for a period of time to increase leptin levels. Some people refeed 48 hours to ensure that happens. As of now I do fine with a 1 day refeed and my small mid-week refeed. The mid-week refeed probably doesn't bring leptin levels near as high as the full day refeed, but it still refills my muscle glycogen and lets me indulge in carb cravings both of which are important while dieting.
