calves. they don't grow as fast as I want them to, but I love the burn. most people don't do calves because they give up on them believing their calves won't grow. fuck that, my ankle was slightly sprained and I still did calves. I also wish I played more soccer because soccer player have great calves.


btw, The Whole F/N Show looks like you love to work on everything cause you are looking tight. keep it up and a big time fuck you because my gym is closed today. o the nightmare tomorrow when all the lazy slobs show up and just take up space.

Legs, and specifically heavy squatting...my second favorite is chest, with dips being my favorite exercise for that bodypart.

Can't beat a good arm or chest pump. But I also love the pain of heavy brutal back training, especially bent over rows and deadlifts.
