Favorite Body Part to Train?

i'd say triceps....just because i enjoy it.

when they are all pumped up i like to flex in front of the mirror and give each of my arms a little kiss.

I kinda all days equally. Don't really prefer one workout over another.

Except maybe back. Back day kinda rocks.

I love that feeling.... they are terrible if you are coming off a layoff, but once the get going it is the best...

I love those days when you can't really even stand after without thinking you are going to fall over... best feeling ever....

I think I like legs because I get so exhausted from it. Also, because I make the most progress as far as weight with my legs. Next, I'd have to say arms.
 
i like the accomplishment of busting my ass during leg day but i dread the training itself like the plague. i push myself so hard and the pain is unreal.

i like training chest, i love the pump and having my chest looking huge through my shirt.
 
I hate squats.

I like doing deadlifts.

I like doing Leg press machine cos I do the whole stack.

Also like chest cos I look good pumped up afterwards.

Yeah, I see where your coming from.

The only thing I like is exploding up from the bottom of a deep squat.

I hate everything else that comes with it.
 
prob legs and back, cause people gawk.......but i hate feeling like i'm gonna throw/up pass out......hate it even more when i do

I don't mind the throwing up feeling, but that whole crawling up the stairs and sliding down them for a couple of days after a killer work out sucks!

Right now it's either Incline bench day or Push press day. That's where I am making the most gains currently. ALthough Im the stronger on back movements.

chest probably, it seems to respond well to whatever I do.

Incline dumbell press being one of my favorite lifts.
