Hi Guys,
Just curious what some peoples favorites are in the supplement cabinet for immune system issues, recovery, and if familar with adrenal fatigue. I have pretty serious adrenal fatigue and am on HRT. Im on a ton of supplements, but have a wicked cool PRP who asks if there are other supplements Id like so he could order them so its covered by my insurance instead of me paying out of pocket.
So any favorite immune boosting ingredients? Herbs and adaptogens as well, shoot them off and if Im not already on them I will talk to the doctor about them.
Also, anyone here do nutritional IVs or injectable vitamins? If so do you know sources where to order them, and your feedback? Ive done nutritional IVs of Myers Cocktail, Taurine, Glutithione, Vit C, and others...and I currently do B12 3x week, B complex and another multi vitamin inject once every two weeks at the office with the doctor. He is not currently set up for IVs, so we cant do those for now but if I come up with other injectable vitamins that will benefit my immune system, or adrenal fatigue, chronic fatigue, etc, he would play ball Im sure.
I know for sure Im going to ask for inject vit C and glutithione even though IV is the preferred method, as is common with Adrenal Fatigue I continue to get URI colds too often for my liking...even though its getting better, I want to stop getting the sick crap every month or so...as well recover better from workouts and have more energy.
Curently already on:
EFA's
BCAAs
Protein shakes
Multi Vit/Mineral
CQ10
NAC
Alpha Lipoic Acid
DHEA
Pregnenolone
Adrenal Fatigue blend (lots of C, magnesium, adaptogens)
Probiotics
Test
GH
Armor Thyroid
HCG
Arimidex
B12 Methy
Deca low dose
Even with the HRT and all the supplements, my recovery is still pathetic, very weak for my former self strength and endurance wise, crazy low energy levels, and some cognitive issues (short term memory jinx, brain fog, lack of focus, etc).
I also have low cortisol levels which I think Im going to ask for Cortef next time, Im on 4 grains thyroid and do not feel a thing from it...did some digging and it seems if cortisol is too low the thyroid meds wont be effective.
