(NO Aspirin= useless)

Ant.,
The Aspirin isnt useless. Thinner blood = nutrients move better, quicker blood flow, better pumps, etc. Trust me, long term use definately thins the blood. I gave blood and it took me 4 minutes to fill the required amount, it took my friend nearly 45.

BeefyBull,
you made a good point with the advantage of your blood being thin

but why would it become "thick" (unless you take EPO) ?

Aspirin also blocks the production of prostaglandin -

Prostaglandin is a hormone that seems to inhibit the breakdown of fat....it makes sense then that suppressing the production of this hormone might be useful for improving the rate of fat loss when using other hormones (like epinephrine or ephedrine) for their thermogenic properties...

HOWEVER - it has not been proven conclusively that aspirin really helps the stack....in fact, decreased testosterone production is a potential problem with excessive aspirin consumption....

Personally, I removed aspirin from the stack I took last summer...and I didn't notice any reduced efficiency as far as leaning out was concerned....

But what works for some, won't work for others....a lot of this is about experimentation.....so stay safe....

i agree with anthrax................cheaper to go with some mini thins and caffeine tabs......they'll set you on fire..........

I personally like the new Diet Fuel Ultimate. It adds Citrus Aurantium and something called Cycloburn to what was already a really good stack.

You can get mini thins (not sure how many) at any gas station for about 6 bucks.......and generic caffeine pills (40pills) at Wal-mart for 4 bucks....there you go! That two cents worth!

Try some Labrada Charge, stuff is great! After a couploe days on it you dont get jittery anymore. When I take Xenadrine I feel somewhat insane...Charge is allot better.

I too have heard great things about Charge, I want to give it a try.
My vote goes to Liquid Clenbutrex though.

I prefer either the ECA stack or Labrada's Charge.
But, of course, there always is Clenbuterol and that works amazing too but oh, the sides, they're nasty.

Another vote for Labrada's Charge.

Better than Adipokinetix, Hydroxycut and Xenadrine for me - haven't tried the Adipo NYC but looks like I should look into it.

"But, of course, there always is Clenbuterol and that works amazing too but oh, the sides, they're nasty."

what is Clenbuterol? And what are these "nasty" side effects?

Cramps
Heart pallipatations
Jitters like a motherfucker
No sleep or Passing out COLD from the ketotifen
Possible heart enlargement
Lower leptin levels (severely lower)
Reduced t3->t4 conversion upon cessetation for a short time.
Beta downregulation after 2-3 weeks (unless you use ketotifen)

It's an (unapproved but sold as "research") selective beta antagonist..think ephedera but lasting about 3 times as long and not worth the trouble imho.

My favorite thermo (err..used to be before unrelated medical issues) =

25mg Epherine HCL
200mg Caffeine
2 Liporexin
2mg Nicotine

:chomp: :p

How do you take the nicotine? how long till you feel that makes a difference

Gum.

Pretty quickly in regards to hunger, If I dont force myself to eat I'm not hungry. 2mg Nicotine+100mg Caffeine has also been shown to raise metabolic rate ~10% and nic has positive effects on leptin (although this is more long term imho).

Just dont use it for extended periods of time for in my opinion a *Very* slight potential for addiction.

I'm in the process of stopping smoking so I've used it for 6 months now. 2-3 month cycles works. Here is the study for you:

Effect of chewing gum containing nicotine and caffeine on energy expenditure and substrate utilization in men.

Jessen AB, Toubro S, Astrup A.

Department of Human Nutrition, Centre for Advanced Food Studies, The Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University, Frederiksberg, Denmark.

BACKGROUND: Nicotine replacement therapy limits weight gain after smoking cessation. This finding is partly attributable to the thermogenic effect of nicotine, which may be enhanced by caffeine. OBJECTIVE: We assessed the acute thermogenic effects of chewing gum containing different doses of nicotine and caffeine. DESIGN: This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, crossover study included 12 healthy, normal-weight men (aged 18-45 y). Energy expenditure was measured with indirect calorimetry before and 2.5 h after subjects chewed each of 7 different types of gum containing the following doses of nicotine/caffeine: 0/0, 1/0, 2/0, 1/50, 2/50, 1/100, and 2/100 mg/mg. RESULTS: The thermogenic responses (increases over the response to placebo) were 3.7%, 4.9%, 7.9%, 6.3%, 8.5%, and 9.8%, respectively, for the gums containing 1/0, 2/0, 1/50, 2/50, 1/100, and 2/100 mg nicotine/mg caffeine (P < 0.05 for all). Adding caffeine to 1 and 2 mg nicotine significantly enhanced the thermogenic response, but changing the caffeine dose (from 50 to 100 mg) did not change the thermogenic effect. None of the combinations changed the respiratory quotient compared with placebo, which indicates that glucose and fat oxidation rates were increased to a similar extent. Side effects occurred only with 2 mg nicotine. CONCLUSIONS: One milligram of nicotine has a pronounced thermogenic effect, which can be increased by approximately 100% by adding 100 mg caffeine. Increasing the nicotine dose to 2 mg does not increase the thermogenic effect but produces side effects in most subjects. Caffeine may be useful in preventing weight gain after smoking cessation if its thermogenic effect can be used to enhance nicotine's effect on long-term energy balance.

Clinical Trial
Randomized Controlled Trial

This in addition to positive effects on leptin and dopamine and this stacks VERY well with AF's levorex as nicotine up-regulates vanilloid receptors which evodamine is an agonist of.

cheers makavelli appreciate that, karma you way

So do you use caffine tabs and chew a gum at the saem time or what?

I usually will take 200mg Caffeine in a pill then begin the chewing the gum. Levels in nic peak after 30 minutes so the caffeine should be exerting effects by the time the blood levels reach a peak.

Hydroxycut Hardcore, RedLine, and Lipo 6 are my fav's. When VPX made Clenbuteral that was the best stuff with ephedra.
