FAT MAN needs expert advice

hey guys, i am in a pridicament and need some sound advice and guidance .
i am 270 pds 6'0 and a 39% bodyfat ,i am in iraq right now ,and my goal is 200 pds by december. i eat in a military defac (chow hall) the foods are normaly fried , i have access to some tuna and few vegtables , the defac allways have salads and fruit , but other thatn that the food is high calorie
and fatty saturated fat they fry mostly everything ,
how possible is it to lose 70 pds and gain definition ,i am a fat bastard
willing to change . i work 12 hours a day and the only thing to do is the gym
eat ,sleep and work , the gyms has good equipment ,what advice do the pros here have and what guidance could u provide to help me in the write track , i have read several post but most here are allready some what trim

First off thanks for serving our country, im not sure of your schedule, but if you able to some sort of cardio after waking up is very beneficial as it increases your metabolism throughout day, do your basic compound work-outs , squats ,bench, ect. only muscle will burn calories so as you build them the more you will burn. drink lots of water, try avoid eating carbs after a certain period if you go to sleep at 10 pm , cut off carbs at 5 pm, and ill let other more qualified to add to this. good luck and stay strong friend I think you can do anything you set your mind too.

no offense, but this was kind of a useless post. He asks for help so you tell him about how it's easy for you to stay cut? wtf. :rolleyes:
 
Cut out all fried shit stick to meats and veggies. Its a start. Forget desserts and do cardio for 45 min a day 5x a week. Something fairly vigorous
 
Yea some muscle. Not the amount you will build from weight training. Muscle burns fat but I have alot of muscle and still have good amiount of fat. So cardio is more important to losing fat than building muscle is. But building muscle can only help. Plus youll look better when you lose the fat.
 
cut down the calories, no fired food, lean meat. and vegs, limit to 800 - 1200 calories a day and do a HGC diet.. it burns the fat.. the body needs approx 1800 calories
to maintain.. each pound of fat equals 3500 calories..

the math:

70 lb equals 245,000 calories

if you intake 800 equal a 1000 calories deficit at that rate it will take you 245 days to lose 70lb

there is no magic about this calories in calories out...

work out max, do cardio, cut calories in to 800...

HGC burns fat and kill your appetite do a cycle of HGC it would help
