Fat loss

I want to lose about 7% bf. Im currently about 15-16%.
Im eating healthy, 2200 kcal/day, 250 g protein.
I train weights 3days on, 1 of, and train martial arts 4 days a week, in addition to taking a long walk every morning.
Im on winny 50mg eod, and tren a 75 mg eod.
What would be smartest, to run in additon, t4, eca, or both togheher? I want fast results, without losing to much muscle.
 
Why not run instead of walk every morning? Take the Tren everyday. The winny you should take everyday too!! :Chef: :tuc:
 
i was about to say the same thing also, run don't walk. Or do something intense for 20-30 minutes a day. I know martial arts can be intense, but find something more focus'd that will keep you sweating your balls off for 20-30 minutes outside of your arts and preferably first thing in the morning. Run clen or ephedra also.
 
Cardio and run the tren and winny ed instead of eod and add in some clen. That should make a big difference.
