Fat loss when bulking

I was just thinking has anyone tryed taking some eca in the morning while on a bulking cycle and then doing low intensity cardio for 45 minutes in order to burn fat or minimize fat gain. Then for the rest of the day just eat your normal bulking diet of high pro, mod carbs and pretty low fat? Either this or doing cardio on the off days in the morning on an empty stomach and taking some eca and then eating your normal diet.

Also what is an optimal calorie level for making gains, (not necessarily the maximum amount possible like most guys want), with the least possible amount of fat gain. +500, +750, +1000?

I am on my first cycle clean bulking and eating about 750-1000 calories over my bmr right now and I feel bloated as fuck and like shit. I am not trying to gain a ton of weight. I would rather gain 5-8lbs of muscle and cut a little fat if its possible. I know people say its not possible or difficult to gain muslce and lose fat at the same time but theoretically what would the best way to experiment with this be? I am eating about 400g of protein from mostly solid foods as well.

that is weird bro .

If you are eating 750 above BMR you are not eating that much .


for example : If your BMR is 2.500 cals .

And you SPEND 500 cals on the gym ED working out .

Then you would NEED 3.000 cals to maintain weight ( although some people with slower metabolism like me CAN GAIN eating like this )

So , you said you are eating 1.000 above .

So you would be eating 3.500 cals .

Actually , it is just 500 above .

I am sorry I ment I am eating 750-1000 above my total caloric requirements for the day (including bmr, calories burned during excersise and lifting, etc.)
 
And this 1000 surplus is a rough estimate. I could be eating more but definitely no less then this. I am eating something like 400g pro (almost completely solid foods), 400 carbs ( 95% complex), 50g fat (99% EFA's and mono and polyunsat.)

I am not trying to gain the most i possibly can like most people do when they bulk. I am just trying to gain muscle without gaining fat, or else possibly losing a little fat. I don't believe in eating 5000 calories to grow. I think this makes you grow but you also gain a lot of fat. I am not trying to do anything like this because my profession prevents be from being fat and I am not a bodybuilder. I am on VAR at 30mg and this is my first cycle and only trying to gain 5-8lbs
 
I was going to say Thermorexin too. That's the best thing you can use to hold back fat gain because your metabolism is going to increase, the thermogenic effects will hold off the fat, and you'll be much happier.
You don't say what your cycle is and that's another key to your success. If it doesn't include tren you're in for a real battle between growth and fat.
If you are eating really clean, do people still gain fat on a bulk cycle anyway?

I am taking var at 30mg ed for 7 weeks. What about eca? I don't particulary like the effects of yohimbine HCL but i do have some yohimburn ES. Isn't it counter productive to be taking a stimulant if your eating over maintenance, or does the fact them I am on gear allow fat loss somehow. I am taking 3g of N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine, and R-ALA.
 
i clean bulk. and i dont gain fat

Nope.

On or not, cardio in the morning after waking is not counter-productive.
