I was just thinking has anyone tryed taking some eca in the morning while on a bulking cycle and then doing low intensity cardio for 45 minutes in order to burn fat or minimize fat gain. Then for the rest of the day just eat your normal bulking diet of high pro, mod carbs and pretty low fat? Either this or doing cardio on the off days in the morning on an empty stomach and taking some eca and then eating your normal diet.
Also what is an optimal calorie level for making gains, (not necessarily the maximum amount possible like most guys want), with the least possible amount of fat gain. +500, +750, +1000?
I am on my first cycle clean bulking and eating about 750-1000 calories over my bmr right now and I feel bloated as fuck and like shit. I am not trying to gain a ton of weight. I would rather gain 5-8lbs of muscle and cut a little fat if its possible. I know people say its not possible or difficult to gain muslce and lose fat at the same time but theoretically what would the best way to experiment with this be? I am eating about 400g of protein from mostly solid foods as well.
