Fat loss guidance

Hello, I've been weight training for over 30 years (now 51) and have never used steroids before. Because of a leg injury a few months ago, I was unable to train and have put on fat which, despite training hard, cannot shift. Any suggestions re steroid to help with fat loss? Am healthy with no medical problems. Diet moderately clean.

Thank you

i've never lost weight on steroids ever. i always gain.

you know the reason you gained, it was lack of exercise due to your injury.. so all you gotta do now is get active again.

very important to get 1 hour of exercise a day everyday. i wish i could tell you take X and Y and you would be cured but thats just not true.

Sertainly, using steroids can aid in reducing body fat, and changing a persons body compisition.. but your diet is going to play the most important role. Get that in check first before you think about anything esle.

As far as a steriod to use.. I would either look into a SARMS run with MK-2866, S-4, and GW-501516. SARMS are great for helping reduce body fat while helping to retain and even gain muscle. There are many threads with info on the forum about SARMS as well as on the internet. Do some research about those.

Another option maybe a low dosed test only cycle. Test E or Test C at 250 mg for 10-12 weeks.

Get a good fat burner (plenty out there with proven results) clean up the diet, you should know exactly how many grams of carbs.and protein your taking in and cardio at.least 3times a week.. steroids aren't the answer here

Sent from my HTC Sensation XL with Beats Audio X315e using EliteFitness

Yeah definitely sounds like you are not ready to be taking AAS at all. Diet and training should be your primary focus. Maybe add some peptides like igf-1 lr3 or of CJC-1295 with DAC. That would help with recovery and melt some fat off of you. N2stim would also be a good product to help you stay on your diet and have energy when eating low carbs.

Cardio-enanthate does wonders.

Listen, everyone is going to tell you that steroids aren't for weight loss, and they are right. However, it's unlikely you'll listen no matter what's posted on this forum. Thus, here are some simple tips for you.

At 51, you probably have some low test issues (get bloodwork done), start slow with about 300-400mgs of test enan per week along with 0.25mgs of arimidex ED, add daily HCGenerate and N2Guard at full dosage (see my signature). For your diet, concentrate on low-carb, think Ketosis/Anabolic diet modified with refeeds and N2Burn.

Good luck.

Thanks sincerely to everyone who took time to reply respectfully. As for all then smartass responses, if I were able to do more cardio, I would but if you care to read my post, I am recovering from an injury!

Kindness is more important than wisdom and recognition of this is the beginning of wisdom.

Kindness is more important than wisdom? So if your child is about to walk into traffic you think it better to say "Oh isn't that nice dearie, as opposed to STOP!!!"

we all have had injuries at some point.. you can still exercise even with injuries you just gotta be smart about it.. hell i had a friend who blew out his leg playing flag football.. the guy spent the next 6 months unable to walk without crutches. so he hit the weight room and worked the shit out of his upper body and still managed to do exercise with his crutches.. if anyone has ever been on crutches it is a helluva workout to move with them. heck even in a wheelchair using your upper body to turn the wheels is a workout.

when i say to exercise it doesn't always mean just go out there and run 6 miles. there are other forms of exercise.. weight training is one of them

also if you are still injured why the fuck would you even consider using hormones anyway? you aren't even gonna get anything out of them in the first place? they are NOT magic pills... not sure how many times i have to say that.. but hey man if you really think they are then go for it.

Thank you Stevesmi, I appreciate your replies and acknowledge that no magic pills exist. What i was seeking was some guidance which you have respectfully provided.
Mr Montana, I wonder why your avatar is so big and your comments so caustic and unhelpful. Perhaps your underlying insecurities mean that you have to do everything possible to offend people, defence is after all the best form of attack. I will not try to explain the underlying meaning of the quotation re kindness as I suspect it will be beyond your comprehension. Re you comment about a child running into traffic etc, a kind parent will have taught their child about safety and will ensure that they are properly instructed and guided as to how to behave in risky situations. Also, as i have done with my children, a kind parent will have taught their children that it is ok to respectfully ask for help and guidance from people better informed than they and deserve a respecftul response. I have also taught them about how to deal with aggressive people who try to belittle them, shout them down or control them via whatever means. I wish you the luck you deserve Mr Montana.
