You can still get ephedra online. That might help. I would keep the diet and cardio in check. Just drink water and green tea! It will help speed up the process! If you are losing 2 to 3 lbs a week you are doing great. Keep it up!

You should get that bf down in no time if your keep up with diet and cardio. Try out some supplements from www.anabolicfitness.com ... (Thermorexin, Livorex) I used T-rex and YES (Yorhimburn ES) and it helped me loose 30 -35 lbs in about 14 weeks. Or u can used ephedra like Slat was suggesting with caffeine and aspirin. good luck and get some pics up
