fat loss cycles (help)

i have clenbuterol 0,002 mg tabs cytomel 0,025 tabs anavar 10mg tabs
i am 6'2" 255lbs about 25% body fat and want to get down to 210lbs

what dosage and cycle does any one recomend
i am a first timer

Try getting down to 15% bodyfat by using a clean, high protein, moderate fat and low carb diet first, and then give the clen a try. Your bodyfat is too high now... it'd be easy to lose up to 10% just using a good diet and training hard.
 
diet and cardio not working out too good or sumthing? just checkin because there are other options before using "supplements".

I agree. Only use supps when your fat loss has slowed down.

i have been eating i high protein clean diet and doing 45min per day cardio with a good weight program. losing about 2-3 lbs per week. i am just looking to speed things up. i will take your recomendation and give myself some time with out the supps. i am actually hoping i am closer to 245 when i weigh in sunday would you recomend just the anavar for now to build strenghth
if you have any recomendations for future use of the supps i listed please help

Bro, 2-3 lbs is damn fine. Once it gets to less than 1lb a week you can start clen. Make sure you're not losing muscle though. Try the AF store for some good supplements. Other than protein and a good multivitamin/mineral and some fish oil, there's nothing magic out there.

what about the anavar to keep the muscle on,i am not looking to bulk up just lean down and look more solid

I'd do nothing right now. Lean down to 10-15% bodyfat, and then give steroids another thought.
 
I would hold off on the AAS until you drop your bf% down. You will be glad that you did. You will see the muscle fibers and striations.
You can still get ephedra online. That might help. I would keep the diet and cardio in check. Just drink water and green tea! It will help speed up the process! If you are losing 2 to 3 lbs a week you are doing great. Keep it up!

I hear you. I was in the high 20's in bf about 7 years ago. Take your time though. Use great form and stick to your diet. Make sure you do that so when the fat is gone you have fully developed muscles under there!
*Don't forget to do abs. They are under there. When the fat is gone you will already have them!
Keep it up!! You should post some progress pictures too!

2-3 lbs a week is perfect, its best for the skin to keep it slowly shrinking so there wont be this excess skin that looks out of place. You should get that bf down in no time if your keep up with diet and cardio. Try out some supplements from www.anabolicfitness.com ... (Thermorexin, Livorex) I used T-rex and YES (Yorhimburn ES) and it helped me loose 30 -35 lbs in about 14 weeks. Or u can used ephedra like Slat was suggesting with caffeine and aspirin. good luck and get some pics up
