Fat loss cycle for fatso

First off - I know that DIET and CARDIO are KEY!

So that said. I've got a friend who's run a couple of cycles in the past. He's planning on running the following cycle. He's 6' 240 pounds about 22% bf.

Test 500mgs wks 1-20
Dbol 35mgs wks 1-4
TestProp 100mgs EOD wks 1-4
Tren 50mgsED wks 5-12

Adex for bloat. HCG for PCT. What do you guys think? Should he add anythning towards the tail end to help him out some?

If you know DIET is the key, you should not be giving the guy any pointers on cycles. You shouuld push him to get on a diet regiment. Come on, he's 22% bodyfat, what else do I need to say?
 
mr x is exactly right at 22% he doesn't need to be considering a cycle now, maybe a cycle of cardio and training sessions and a better eating habbit. just get that in line for your friend then once he gets down to around 15 or so% then he will be good to go and wont waste his gear.

I honestly agree with you guys. The last cycle he ran was a 6 month GH cycle (along with 20 weeks of Test thrown in there). He lost 40 pounds (he was 280). He really lacks discipline apparently (he also likes beer a little too much). I mean he's a pretty strong guy (he never really worked out that seriouslly but I've seen him bench 315 a couple of times). He's going to run this regardless of what I tell him.
 
Ya deffinately tell him to slim down a little and I dont see giveing some fatso as you call it D-Bols..Tell him to drop some weight workout a few months and than ask about a cycle when his dick is visable..know what I mean

Then let him run it and leave him alone.
 
What is the point of prop the first few weeks? I am guessing to get his test levels up quick. So what is the point of dbol? It makes no sense.

Your friend is a moron. I would not give him any advice. The health issues he is going to face from being overweight and doing AAS are not something you want to be involved with.
For gods sake. The guy can't even eat properly and he's using AAS. What an idiot. Keep away from him. He is obviously not smart. The only thing you can get out of being around that guy is trouble.

None of you morons on this stupid site no shit about me , so why would anyone take it upon themselves to spew such crap any way. Obviously this idiot Dosteov who says he is my friend , sometimes I wonder, has a lot free time on his hands and thinks it is funny to publically downgrade friends to amuse himself. For the record I went from 280 to 225 , last time I checked , that kind of weightloss required some work other than popping open beer cans.

Well, it sounds like your friend Dosteov is just looking out for you, and the morons on this site who don't know shit about you are tying to help too.... The morons on this site don't have to know shit about you.... They hear 22% BF, and he's using Dbol and Test, and they know it's not a good idea..... Youre gonna increase you BP to dangerous lvls, your cholesterol is gonna be higher, I don't know how old you are, but youre risking a heart attack..... Your friend Dosteov isn't really publicly downgrading you, cause we didn't know you untill now.....

Listen man, I'm naturally fat, and considered using AAS when I knew I was probably too fat..... However, there are a million health reasons why you shouldn't do it..... Don't get mad at Dosteov, he's just trying to look out for ya, not humiliate ya..... Yeah, you might be fine, you might not get the high BP...... However, you might, and that's risk enough.... Unless you don't care about having a stroke like Dick Clarke, and fuck yourself up for the rest of your life, then go ahead and do it..... If you don't want that, just drop a few pounds before starting....... We're only looking out for your best interest, not trying to make you look like a fool...... You know, you put us in a very ackward position here. On one hand, I would prfer you go ahead and juice up and die of a heart attack at the bf. BUT...I know when you die, SOMEONE will blame it on the juice and then all of us here will be upset. So in that way, we are kinda coerced to help you.

Well congrats and try to build on what you have accomplished, the right and healthy way. You didn't indicate what your bodyfat currently is, but that is at the heart of the issue.

Assuming for a moment your bf is still high (15%+), instead of spending money on dbol to kickstart a cycle at that bf, kickstart a cycle with the Ultimate Fat Removal Kit from the AF store, and maybe some sesapure. Do a great 2-month diet with oatmeal, chicken, fish, sweet potatoes, rice, lean red meat, variety of greens, and no alcohol, partially hydrogenated oil or processed foods......then you should be ready to go!

Maybe consider kickstarting with tbol instead of dbol (if that is not a supplier issue for you). If you are insistent on using long ester test, that's fine, but as slat said, the oral will help kickstart the cycle, I wouldn't double up on the test and take dbol. If you are still concerned, then maybe utilize sust/omnadren instead at the beginning instead of going prop and cyp/enth at the same time. Have you considered using EQ instead of test if you really want to run a long cycle and your goal is to ultimately cut up a little? EQ would probably be a better choice, but may cost a little more.

Ultimately bro, you are still hanging around this "stupid site" since you joined back in April, so you are finding something useful. I have no desire to start a debate with you on that, however, look at the title of this thread.........now, there are obviously many experienced bros that cared enough to open this thread and give some helpful advice to someone they thought was a "fatso". To me that speaks volumes, whether they are morons, or "know" (not no) you or not.

All i wanna say to u saying stupid site, is i'v been here from long time even before i join here, and i really understood loads of info i never knew before, from the guys round here, and maybe they r morons cause they helped someone like you!! and when someone is considering himself playing whichever kind of sport and his body fat is 22% + tht means he doenst know shit and doesnt care about his/her health
