I am looking for some advice on leaning up. Here is what I have and what I was thinking about doing. Any sugestions would be great.
1 ml. winni (50mg)
Phentermine 30mg capsule (blue/ml) per docters directions
Circut training M,W,F
Cardio T,Th,Sat
What do you think?

No weight training? How much you need to lose? What is your dimensions? What is your training experience? How old are you? What have you tried to this point if anything to cut up?

I am 26 I have been lifting since I was 15, I lifted religiously untill I retired from baseballabout 3 years ago. Since then I have put on 60 lbs. I am 6'4" and 265 now. I haven't ever had to lose weight before. So a friend told me about the Abs diet and thats where I was going to start. I figured I would do a circut lifting / Cardio rutine till I got my body fat down to at least 10% then I would go for size. I am currently aroun 25% body fat and my BMI puts me in the obesie catagory.

First I would suggest you pickup a book called The Zone Diet. I believe it is the best overall diet a person can follow if not aspiring to enter a bodybuilding contest. It is based on a 33% fat 33% carbo 33% protein structure. Diet and training are 50-50, you can never reach any goal with just one or the other. Set a good diet plan up, and then go from there.

Briefly, take your target weight times 15, and this is the amount of calories you should consume each day. Break it down into five meals and follow the suggestions of the book if you take the time to get and read it. Adjust your caloric intake accordingly whether you are not losing, or losing too quickly. Be smart and don't try to lose more than a pound per week. If you do this you are already reducing your caloric intake/burning ratio by 500 calories a day, and that is a lot.

For training, I would say just jump right in with weightlifing unless you don't like it and prefer things like circuit. More muscle = more metabolism, plus the lifting itself burns on average 400 - 600 calories an hour depending on the person and intensity.

I agree completely with this. Good post bro!

I forgot, a good fat burner like Stacker helps me with appetite control, workout intensity, and of course helps burn fat (on an appropriate diet). Stick with this before trying any drugs I'd say, and see how far you go without it.

I have a personal rule with myself, I never allow myself to take any type of "extra" drug unless I've been hitting it as hard as I can in the gym for a period of three months or longer. Drugs should be to push yourself to the gains of the next level, not a cover for work not invested in the gym. Know what I mean?

Thanks, Mak!

I agree, I guess I want a bit of a quick shortcut to get back to where I was. Its a bit depreessing when I relized how far I let it go. But I already went to the gym this morning and hopefully I can stay on track.

how about your diet? right now the only steroid you need is a caloric defict.

bor you should even if it once a week full bodyd style i.e. quats, deads, chins and dips 4 sets of each. that is my opinion if you are serious and have some cash get yourself a dietician takes all the stresses out of meal planning.

i have one on my current cutter it was a decent price and helps a shead load with motivation!!

bro, you dont need winny now.
It will not have any effect and you will not have any visable results at that BF%
as the others said, get you diet, cardio, and weight training in order and you will drop weight

and if you were going to use an oral steroid i think something like var or tbol would be better. but with mwf circuit training i don't think you need any gear. wait untill you get you diet and cardio going for a while then throw in a otc fat burner.

Well I went to the gym for the first time in a long time. One foot infront of the other one day at a time. The journey has begun! Thanks for the advice, I started my diet based on the Abs diet (Mens Health mag) and am doing the suggested work out routine I figure its a good place to start. Anyone looked at theis program? Any thoughts on it?

I think circuit training is a good Idea. Thats what I do. I go from a 3 day awk hyperthrophy isolation excercise routine(bulking) to a 5 day awk more fast pace circuit superset. I still use moderate weight and I still seem to even put on lbm. I'm a personal trainer and I've seen circuit training put on lbm and drop fat a hundred times. I like do a resistance ciruit first to burn up glucose then maybe some sort of cardio circuit last. Of course cloric defict is most important. But its simple science move more eat less:)
