Fat loss at any cost

ok I have a friend who wants to lose a lot of fat, he's done diets in the past and they have worked , but he's gained the weight back and with all the stress in his life he is having a rough time keeping it off.

his stats are

35 years old / 311 pounds / 5' 10" and he should weigh 196

He doesn't care if he gains or loses any muscle, he wants to lose fat. he will do any diet, and any workout.

so if someone can please help me come up with a cycle/diet/workout/ cost of cycle for my friend i would really appreciate it, and karma of course, thanx
 
If all he wants to do is loose fat and doesn't care about muscle loss then he doesn't need AAS. He should look into fat loss drugs like an ECA stack, clen, t3 etc.
 
He can do all this but he has to change his lifestyle and his diet for good if he wants to keep it off.
I would for sure go with a no carb diet for a few weeks to drop some weight plus it will get him motivated cause he will see results. Then ease back into a low carb diet with only complex carbs during the day and no food after 6. One cheat day maybe but not too much sugar and shit food. For sure drop carbonated drinks cokes pepsi etc... Train like a mad man Cardio everyday well at least 5-6 days in the morning. If he has access to a pool swimming laps would be the best for him seeing as he is 300+ it might be kinda hard for him to run or jog could be bad on the kness and shit besides swimming laps is fucking awesome cardio.
He could also get some fat burners like xenadrine ripped fuel there are a lot out there he just needs to experiment with different ones and see which one suits him best.
 
If your "friend" is serious about losing wheight, then he should be doing his own research. People that need spoonfed solutions will never accomplish anything permanent. A solid strength training, cardio, and low carb diet plan is all he needs. Tell him to send me the money.
 
start him off on a low fat moderate carb diet with just under his maintenace caloric level and workout just like JG1 said,

diet, cardio, and weights

add in a ECA or NYC stack and he will be losing weight in no time.

After the weight loss slows down, switch him over to a lower carb diet, there are some great ones on the diet board.

I lost 80 lbs with pretty much that basic formula, good luck to him!
