My freind and i read the post you guys sent, and, he is very determined to drop the weight. Even though he is 351lbs his bp is good, cholesterol good, and body fat % is like 20% His arms,chest,and leggs are hard,but need defined. He can get Winny 50mg. tabs,anavar, clen, and nolvadex. how should he cycle those 4? he is not takeing no for an answer. He is a man on a mission!
 
Well....first off, tell him to get his hand on an injectible. Then run the injectible along with with winny or anavar at about 40-50mg every day.
 
Sorry the answer is still the same, If he wants to he can juice all he wants. But he should not. He is too out of shape and i doubt that the steroids will do anything to improve his likey bad cholesterol profile. He needs to learn to be patient and establish a good dietary habit and a training regime to loose weight. If he decides to go to steroids right awa he is setting himself up for failure right fro the start.

What is he going to do after the cycle? You know how motivation saps when you go off. He will experience the same thing, and the estrogen rebound on a fat individual is nothing to sneeze at. If he is absolutely adamant about using pharmaceutincal supplements just because they are pharmaceuticals then have him take a low dose of cytomel on a reduced calorie diet, say 20-40mcg daily for 6 week cycles staggered with ECA and a high protein diet...

I had one overweight friend try Winstroll for cutting and loosing some blubber and while he did loose about 15lbs of fat he still looked fat, only less fat. Then during the post cycle period his motivation went out the window gained all the weight back plus many extra pounds with his estrogen rebound due to HPTA suppression. So do it right from the start, i know it's not what you/he wants to hear but it's the truth.

my opinion differs a little from these guys....

I dont know there size or what kind of muscle they are carrying....I'm 6'2 and I weigh 304....bodyfat around 20%...I just came off a bulking cycle in which i put on 30 lbs of lean mass. I've only lost 5lbs.

If your BP is good and your heart is in good shape....you arent at any greater risk.....its not everyones desire to be 190lbs with 6%BF.

One thing to consider is that if the diet isnt there and the cardio isnt there then you are wasting time and money on anabolics....

I'm going on a cutting cycle in couple of weeks....my goal is 13%....a lot guys would say that I would still need to cut...but im not interested in going any lower than that. AND THATS MY BUSINESS. Not everyone is interested in posing trunks....:D

He needs to do his homework first....not be spoon fed by someone else....He needs to get on here and look around...and learn.
 
What i don't understand is why start off juicing? At the weight that he is and if he hasn't worked out for a while or eaten properly, just adding some cardio and a proper diet and even an ECA stack will probably help him lose a hell of alot of weight. Why not just do that until he hardens up and gets to a reasonable BF and weight and then use some gear to bulk up again, this time with lean mass. Thing is, during his time of training and cardio his body will get used to an elevated heart rate, the type of diet needed to gain lean muscle mass and training with weights. I know it's hard but he really needs to sit back and take his time with this stuff. It's not a 1 month plan or even a 1 year plan. This should be a whole new lifestyle for him.
 
start him off on low carb high protein diet, cardio 40min 5 times per week in the morning or after work out, total calories 12cals/lb/bodyweight. Add some ECA for a few weeks, then start dumping some dnp in that big son of a bitch, keep reducing the calories as the weight goes down, once the BF is lower then 12% then start adding AS

20% bodyfat is the norm, that can be caused from NATURAL LOW TEST levels by either body disposition or by age
Test can parcipitate fat loss in older men I see alot of guys on here say that 500mg of test is plenty..BS..older guys need alot more there endocrinolgy system is fighting lower thyroid function, lower test levels which causes a much slower metabolism, which in turn reduces the actual amount of 1. fat loss 2. muscle mass so actually a cycle of test at 750 to 1000mg a week with 40-60mg of anavar a day for 10 weeks should result in a drastic reuction in bodyfat and an increase in muscle mass and mostly muscle tone.

Some people do eat properly and exercise and still do not look like they workout, because they have underlying medical conditions i.e. low test levels and or low thyroid function...yes exercise will increase your metabolism and muscle tone with the proper diet, but this blanket statement of your too fat to use gear or...........is really starting to get old.

a more productive approach is a medical history, blood work and previous levels of athletic participation, this goes for anyone that is NEW to working out, I agree with what alot of you are saying but there is alot more to it, and if your friend isn't willing to look AT THE BIG PICTURE then he will never stick with it and make it a lifestyle.
