Hi guys I was wondering if you could help me. I'm running a cycle of t400 and eq with 600mg of each a week. And I've gain quite abit of fat I think and it's only my 7th week in, mis-calculated my macros proberly.
Do you guys thing I should cut? Or just continue bulking and cut after?
Also I know clens got shitty sides but I have some on hand if needed be
