When doing cardio, I try to stick to these rules:
1) Stay into Fat burning zone (65%)
2) Avoid cardio training zone (85%)
3) Run for at least 45 min
4) keep my hear rate in the burning fat zone by using the sensor grips
5) Run with empty stomach
Does this sound right to you guys?
I realise that this way I burn very little calories.
I also realise I'm the only one using the sensors while running.
