i do eliptical at about 120-130 hr. I do it on the lowest setting with my hands on the bars that move with the machine. I usually am able to get up to 45-55 rpms, while keeping my hr in the range i want. i usually only do 20-40 minutes, and my pace allows me to burn 100 calories about every 9 minutes. This has been working great for holding off the fat while trying to add muscle.
