Fat burners, are they really needed?

Calsy

Hi all, im just trying to shed a few kilos. Just wondering if i really should use a fat burner or is a balanced diet and good exercise all that is needed.

Thanks in Advance

Diet and exercise can get you basically anywhere. With that being said, fat burners have there place. Fat burners can assist you in breaking through a fat loss plateau but do not feel they are the lone reason you lose fat as they should be considered supplementary to your work/diet (not the other way around).

I think this sums it up. It can get you to a level of conditioning you may not get to without them, but diet is crucial.

As the others said diet with training is key but yet fat burners do aid in helping with the energy and some with curving the appetite. Check out Orbitnutrition.com and give BPS Combustion a look. Solid profile and I have been on it for almost 2 weeks with some insane energy without the crashing. Good luck

As mentioned, diet is a must but even so some folks, especially older people, can have a hard time getting real lean. excess cortisole from stress, adrenal fatigue, high estrogen due to external toxins juts to name a few. Ive actually been having amazing results with the synthetine/syntheselen combo. Much better results than I ever had with ECA, T3, clen or anything.

Fat Burners per se? Perhaps, but there's no studies or tests done to show how much of an effect they have. The only thing they 'do' for sure, is make you feel stimulated. Not sure if that is enough to lose sizable weight.

I would concentrate your effort more on eating a healthy diet (lean meats, fruits, vegetables), caloric deficit and regular exercise.
