You want to make money??? Easy.....ESCORT SERVICE...here are things to remember. All girls DO NOT have sex with the guys...The girls all sign Independent Contracts with the company. To actually start-up a business you need about 2 months, 6-800 bucks, a cell phone and some time on your hands. After 2 to three months you could have a stable of women working for your company. yes they do, but the reason individually owned businesses *especially small biz* fail is because they try to become a bloated fish in the market, or they are only in it to make money, not because they like or love what they are doing.... when they see they can make money at doing something they grow too quick and stretch cash out too far and it comes back around to bite them on the ass. If your smart and u stick to staying small and making enough to pay the bills u can slowly work your way up to making a good solid sum of money by working for yourself.

the market within the bodybuilding genre is very small, supplement suppliers are a dime a dozen and the initial overhead and stocking is rather high for a small biz. If u were a PT u might be able to make ends meet doing that but most gyms charge PTs for working at there gym *usually a percent of what they make* and once again its a very limited field and u have to be dedicated to it and also need to make a solid client base. If you went from that angle my suggest would be to get yourself up to competition level, compete and win awards, because it will draw more people and thus more revenue your way. Opening a gym is also a rather pricey venture, between insurance for liablity and the cost of machinery and rent of space the initial start up fee is often too great for someone just starting out self-employed. Hmm i will think about this for a while and see if i can come up with something that would work...

What are your hobbies? Is there something you do that not everybody else can do (the rarer your talent - the better)? If you can turn these fun activities into a business you may become financially independent and enjoy yourself all along the way!

I own a financial planning business. I love planning. It could be good money but I love being able to take someones financial life and put it into some goal oriented perspective. I could plan for hours. It never gets boring to me...I could do it for days...if only I had more clients.

$10,000 will buy you around $100K worth of house, although I'd suggest you stay in the 30-40K range.
Rental properties, fix-up's. Low income is the best with the highest profit margins. If you're willing or know how to work, instead of working for someone else, do the work yourself and "build" equity in your property.
